Associate Agreement
By applying to be an
Associate of the Cross
Design Group I agree to,
and with, the following
terms:
I am at least 18 years
of age or have parental
permission to
participate in this
project.
I will provide CDG with
proper Tax
Identification
information. Associates
who do not comply will
not be allowed to
continue in the store
when their payments
exceed $600. Associates
will receive 1099
miscellaneous income
forms for their personal
tax filings.
International Associates
will be considered case
by case.
I have a Paypal account
available for receiving
payments from CDG. If my
location does not allow
for Paypal, CDG may be
able to make special
arrangements for me. The
default payment plan is
that CDG agrees to
process payments by the
5th of each month for
the previous months
earnings. Earnings are
calculated based on the
cash/credit card
payments received for my
product minus the cash
value paid by CDG for
IMVU fees times 70%. I
agree that CDG is
compensated 30% for
hosting my products,
transaction fees from
financial institutions,
and administrative
costs.
I will keep a minimum of
10 products available in
the CDG store. If I fail
to do so, I understand
that my store may be
changed to a status of
"Inactive" until such
time that I have an
appropriate number of
products in the store or
I notify CDG that I am
no longer interested in
being an Associate.
Should I not notify CDG
of my intentions in 90
days, my status will be
terminated and
another developer will be
offered my store slot.
The minimum price for
any product is $0.50
All products are subject
to review and approval.
Products deemed
inappropriate for the
store will be rejected.
No adult, mature, or
restricted products will be
approved for the store.
Fan art, celebrities
likenesses, registered
trademarks, and
copyrighted materials
will NOT be approved
unless the Associate can
show written proof said
materials are used with
the owner's permission.
I am responsible for
customer service for my
products. If CDG
determines that I have
abandoned my customers,
my store may be closed.
I may terminate this
agreement at any time
with written notice to
CDG. All proceeds I am
owed will be paid at the
end of the payment
cycle, or sooner at the
discretion of CDG.
My Associate's agreement
with CDG does NOT
constitute employment. I
am an independent agent
who sells my products
via the internet web
site. No other
relationship is implied.
All US citizens and any others who are required to report income
to the IRS must complete this IRS W-9 form and email it to:
Support@nevacross.com. You will
receive the appropriate IRS 1099 MISC
form to file with your tax return. If we do not receive this form
before your sales reach $600, funds will be held until the IRS
requirement has been met.
